Today the mailman delivered the repaired Solmeta N2 geotagger unit from China. The port has been replaced and the unit is working again. All in all this adventure lasted six weeks, which is quite good considering that the service is located in China (far away I mean by that). I am continuously amazed about todays world. I send an envelope to the other side of the planet, some guy does something I communicated him.
So it’s geotagging again. This time I remember not to push the cable into the port too deep and I also will take off the tagger when I put the camera in the bag. With this extra care I hope the geotagger will last a little longer now…
